REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. General Policy: All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom, small-batch, and print-on-demand nature of our operations, Luradel Press does not accept returns or offer exchanges on any physical or digital goods once an order has been placed and fulfilled.

2. Discretionary Partial Refunds

In exceptional circumstances, a partial refund may be considered at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

• How to Request: You must contact us at info@LuradelPress.com within 14 days of receiving your order and provide a detailed explanation of the circumstances along with order details and photo documentation (if applicable).

• Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Any approved partial refund will apply exclusively to the cost of the item itself, less any processing fees.

3. Digital Products (PDFs & EPUB Ebooks)

Due to the immediate or automated digital delivery nature of PDF printables and EPUB ebooks (or download links thereto), all digital sales and free resource accesses are strictly final and non-refundable once access or download links/attachments have been generated.

4. Third-Party Retailers & Print-On-Demand (POD) Purchases

For physical products purchased through, fulfilled by, or redirected to third-party retailers or POD vendors (including but not limited to Amazon, Lulu, Bookvault, Bookshop.org, or Pothi):

• Third-Party Responsibility: Luradel Press is not responsible for manufacturing defects, shipping delays, transit damages, or fulfillment issues originating from third-party platforms.

• Direct Resolution: Customers must work directly with the respective third-party provider to resolve product issues, request returns, or seek refunds according to that vendor’s specific customer service policies.

• Vendor Monitoring: We ask that customers please copy (CC) us on communications with third-party providers at info@LuradelPress.com. This helps us stay informed of quality or fulfillment issues with our third-party print and distribution partners.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Direct Shipments

If you received an incorrect physical item or an item damaged during shipping directly from Luradel Press (shipped from our Oregon facility), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@LuradelPress.com with photos of the damaged item and original packaging so we can evaluate the situation.
