Standard Printers: Standard paper sticker sheets are compatible with virtually all home and office printers.

Specialty Materials: If you choose durable, synthetic, or vinyl sticker sheets, ensure they are specifically rated for your printer type (Inkjet vs. Laser). Running incompatible materials (such as inkjet-only vinyl in a high-heat laser printer) can melt the sheet and permanently damage your printer.

Best Print Settings: Always print at 100% / "Actual Size" (never "Fit to Page") so the grid matches the pre-punched label sheet perfectly. Set your paper media type to "Labels" or "Heavyweight" for optimal ink adhesion.
